A Year 5 Depth Study into Australian Animals

Primary Learning Common

In this integrated unit, Year 5 students have been exploring how the environment affects the growth, survival, and adaptation on living things. Students have learnt about the structural, behavioural and physiological adaptations that animals develop to thrive in the specific conditions of their habitat.

This project includes a written information report on an Australian native animal and a diorama to show the animal in its natural environment.

Year 5 are excited to share their learning with friends and family.

Please note: Student attendance at this event is expected, as presentation of their project forms an important part of their learning journey. We appreciate your support.
